The YFG Garret FitzGerald Summer School will feature topical seminars, motions, workshops and fun activities out and about in Dublin’s fair city all day Saturday (30th July) and Sunday morning (31st July)

All attendees for the event are required to complete the pre-registration form here. The deadline for pre-registration is 6pm, Monday 25th July 2022. Only those who have completed the form will be sent the payment link.

NB: Any tickets bought will be void if this form is not completed.

FAQ

Q1: I’m under 18, can I still attend?

A: Yes, complete the pre-registration form at the link above. A parental consent form will be sent to you that will need to be completed by a parent or guardian and returned to YFG before you can attend. Incomplete consent forms may result in awkward conversations at the registration desk on the day, and non-attendance.

Q2: Are non-members welcome to attend?

A: On this occasion, it is a YFG members-only event, and there have been special guests outside the organisation that have been formally invited to participate.

Q3: It’s my first Summer School and no-one from my branch is attending. What should I do?

A: You can contact aoife@finegael.com and you will be introduced to 2 buddies for the duration of the weekend.

Q4: What should I wear?

A: Please ditch the suits and ties folks. Summer School is all about the shorts, shades and SPF. As we will be moving around bring comfortable footwear and a change of clothes.

Q5: Will there be drinking at this?

A: There will not be alcohol served at YFG events, if members choose to consume alcohol, please do so responsibly and legally. Please note any behaviour that brings the organisation into disrepute while under the influence is a serious matter and may be subject to disciplinary action.
